· To raise the standards of home life.
· To secure adequate laws for the care and protection of children and youth.
· To bring into closer relation the home and the school, that parents and teachers may cooperate intelligently in the education of children and youth.
· To develop between educators and the general public such united efforts as will secure for all children and youth the highest advantages in physical, mental, and social education.
WHAT WE DO
Rothschild Leadership Academy PTSA is a strong partnership between our dynamic professional faculty and staff, dedicated parents, and students. It is a not-for-profit corporation that supports and enriches the educational experiences of all Rothschild Leadership Academy students. PTSA dues and fundraising revenues support numerous programs, such as cultural arts assemblies, multi-cultural events and programs, math enrichment material, technology training and literacy, environmental awareness and parent education.
Research shows that family involvement promotes student success. Students with involved parents are more likely to earn higher grades in school, attend school more regularly and have better social skills, and go on to post-secondary education. So, both you and your kids succeed when you get informed and get involved at school.
